We are a political movement of everyday
Australians aiming to represent and empower grassroots people and
communities in Australian life, including:
|
Both Left and Right have ignored everyday people and social relationships in their obsession with the market and the state. Social relationships - not the market or the state - should be the prism through which we assess policy and determine the public good. This is common sense. This is the Australian tradition.

NSW State Election Candidates
- Expression of Interest
Use the form below to express your interest in standing as a candidate in the NSW state election on 26 March 2011.
A Fair Go For All
will stand a team of fifteen candidates in the NSW Upper House (fifteen is the
minimum number required to register as a group). Twenty one people will be
elected by proportional representation, which means that a quota of 4.22% is
needed for each elected person. In past
elections, parties have won a quota with as little as 1.5% of the primary vote.
People with an interest in being candidates should be able to satisfy the following criteria: 1. Demonstrate a motivation that is not about ego or self-promotion but is about advancing social change and empowerment of parents, families and carers and other voiceless Australians; 2. Be able to support and promote the policies and philosophy of A Fair Go For All. 3. Demonstrate an ability as a self-starter and a capacity to work in a team. Use this form to submit your expression of interest. We are also interested in supporting candidates in lower house seats who want to contribute to changing the political culture in NSW. Please feel free to also send background material about yourself, papers you have written, or a CV if you wish. Please forward these to: Joanne Stuart
